We seek a skilled Bilingual Support Specialist (Design & Social Media) with fluency in English and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese. This role involves translating and adapting design content to match local tone, style, and expressions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Graphic Design and Social Media Curation team to implement accurate translations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness across various marketing materials.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • A strong understanding of language, tone, and style when translating templates.
  • Visual taste and background in design principles (layout, typography, color theory).
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Comfort working with Google Suite products and messaging apps like Slack.

Responsibilities include:

  • Translating and adapting design content into target languages.
  • Creating and publishing engaging social media and business card templates.

  • Assisting the Design team in enhancing existing non-logo template inventory.
