- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
- Familiarity with Windows operating system expected.
- Dependability and punctuality crucial.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities necessary.
- Calm, empathetic, and customer-first mindset required.
