Job Description

This role involves supporting the management and control of data flows to and within finance applications, ensuring integrity and completeness of data. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting concepts and procedures, as well as experience in systems and data management.

The Finance Acctg Analyst I is a trainee professional role that requires good knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems used in carrying out assigned tasks. The role also involves making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information, identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience, and being sensitive to audience diversity.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the management and control of data flows to and within finance applications, including preparing and recording financial transactions for legal vehicle and regulatory reporting purposes.
  • Takes responsibility for accurate reporting of accounting reconciliations on Citi reporting tools.
  • Prepares accounts for assigned processes in line with global guidelines.
  • Adheres to key controls for accounting processes within the process handled.
Requirements
  • Less than a year - 2 years of work experience in accounting management.
  • Bachelor's/University degree graduate with background/knowledge in systems and data management.
