Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing Kubernetes clusters on OpenShift and Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE).
  • Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts using Terraform.
  • Automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
  • Ensuring high availability and performance of Kubernetes clusters.
  • Implementing security best practices for Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes, specifically with OpenShift and Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE).
  • Proficiency in Terraform and experience in developing complex IaC.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Experience in networking, security, and monitoring in Kubernetes environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.
  • Computer science degree or comparable professional experience.

Bonus qualifications include experience with other cloud platforms and certifications in Kubernetes and/or Terraform.
