Job Title: Network Infrastructure Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality network services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure network uptime and manage telco escalations;
  • Maintain SLA on the availability of Network Infrastructure;
  • Handle and manage Campus and Branch Network Equipment;
  • Manage Wi-Fi and fixed lines and ensure the stability and usage are compliant to security standards;
  • Manage telephony routers and equipment and ensure stability and uptime;
  • Coordinate with partner vendors relating to Network and Communication availability;
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Graduate of a Degree in Information Technology or any related field;
  • Experience with user interface design, database structures, and statistical analyses;
  • Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • At least 2 years of experience in networking software and security, VLAN, VOIP, QoS, and Wi-Fi Technology;
  • Knowledge and background on Windows Active Directory (AD) systems, LDAP network configuration;
  • Experience in Network Equipment: Cisco, Huawei, and other network equipment
