This role primarily focuses on outbound calls, guiding potential clients through the intake process, and accurately capturing case details. As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online forms, or referrals.
  • Handling inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
  • Adhering to a structured outbound script while building rapport and handling objections.
  • Consistently meeting daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
  • Accurately capturing and updating client information using CRM tools.
  • Managing rejections professionally and escalating qualified leads efficiently.
  • Providing clear and timely updates on availability, performance blockers (e.g., headset issues), or missed targets.
  • Participating in coaching sessions and applying feedback proactively.
