Job Responsibilities
  • Create accurate Onboarding permit drawings using Revit models and point clouds.
  • Assist in schematic design, tender package creation, and sales plan development.
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and model basic building systems coordination.
  • Produce high-quality graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
  • Support testfit design as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Professional degree preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Revit modeling, families, and point cloud conversion.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
