Job Overview

Seeking an accomplished Visual Designer to spearhead our SaaS platform's user experience.

This role requires a creative individual who can craft intuitive designs and collaborate closely with leadership to bring innovative ideas to life.

The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that ensure seamless integration into our tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually appealing user experiences for onboarding, checkout, dashboards, landing pages, and multi-level access applications.
  • Create designs that simplify complex data using a 'less is more' approach, making it descriptive and actionable for users.
  • Translate business requirements into polished designs and prototypes, considering adaptability and user behaviors.
  • Design Kanban-style visual experiences for core workflows, including to-do, in-progress, and done tasks.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO/Founder to prioritize features and iterate quickly.
  • Work with developers to ensure seamless integration into our tech stack, which includes ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind, and CSS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in SaaS or B2B applications.

A strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard design, onboarding flows, landing pages, and app-level design with persona-based access.

High comfort level working independently and taking initiative in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Experience designing less than 30 screens/pages for MVPs or full production SaaS products.

Proficiency with design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, and ability to hand off developer-ready assets.

Understanding of Kanban-style boards and visual task management flows.

Familiarity with front-end technologies, including ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind, and CSS, is a plus.

Cybersecurity design experience is a nice to have but not required.

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
