About the Role:

The Senior Cyber GRC Specialist will be responsible for identifying risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing risk management strategies to strengthen the organization's security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and risk analysis for critical IT systems.
  • Assist in incident response coordination, ensuring effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to improve risk detection and response processes.

Work Setup and Schedule:

  • Hybrid setup – 4 days onsite in Makati, 1 day WFH.
  • Mid-shift schedule, ensuring alignment with global risk and compliance operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT security, with 2–4 years specializing in GRC, risk management, or compliance.
  • Strong expertise in risk assessment, compliance frameworks, and policy development.
  • Experience working with SIEM tools, GRC platforms, and regulatory compliance programs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
