Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop production-grade AI models using LLMs and conventional machine learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our EXUS Financial Suite (EFS).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI, attending workshops, conferences, and online courses to enhance your skills.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field.
  • At least 3 years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production.
  • Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking is a plus.
  • Proficient in Python, with strong knowledge of async handling, dependency management, and testing practices.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM and Generative AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Pydantic AI.
  • Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning methods like Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
  • Strong theoretical foundation in statistics, probability, optimization, and ML fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
