Product Marketing Content Specialist

Job Description:

The Product Marketing Content Specialist directly reports to the Product Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for providing operational and administrative support mainly to the content subdomain of Product Marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in the product content subdomain of Product Marketing, including product collaterals, product release content, and other content-related executions.
  • Help create, copywrite, and manage content for various channels and platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist in executing all product marketing work plans, focusing on product content.
  • Pitch ideas and go-to-market strategies, and execute product launch activities.
  • Contribute creative ideas on how to craft value propositions, messaging, product content, and collaterals.
  • Manage and track collaterals, information, and content maintained by the Product Marketing Team, alerting the Product Marketing Manager for issues that require attention.
  • Ensure that all content marketing plan KPIs, objectives, and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, especially in the area of product content/content writing/copywriting. Fresh graduates with relevant marketing experience are welcome to apply.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Methodical, meticulous, and well-organized.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Google Docs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Persistent and resourceful.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Will render overtime whenever needed.
