As a Customer Service Associate in our commercial banking division, you will be the initial point of contact for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing across various commercial banking product categories.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service while complying with all relevant banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial point of contact by phone for clients requiring prompt maintenance and servicing
- Comply with banking regulations while determining and meeting the needs of our consumers
- Work together with stakeholders to address client issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
