Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Visual Designer to support our social media efforts and video editing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and experience with AI tools. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to create engaging content, and a passion for staying current with design trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Visually Appealing Graphics: Create high-quality graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Edit and Produce High-Quality Videos: Edit and produce videos for social media campaigns and other marketing initiatives, utilizing your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Enhance Design Efficiency and Creativity: Utilize AI tools to streamline design processes and enhance creativity, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
  • Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously: Effectively manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining excellent time management and organizational skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field: Hold a degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in visual design principles.
  • Proven Experience as a Graphic Designer: Possess proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and video editing work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Other Adobe Creative Suite Applications: Be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications, demonstrating expertise in graphic design software.
  • Experience with AI Tools and Willingness to Learn New Technologies: Have experience with AI tools and be willing to learn new technologies, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Work Well in a Team Environment: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Motion Graphics and Animation: Possess experience with motion graphics and animation, utilizing your skills to enhance video content.
  • Familiarity with Video Editing Software Such as CapCut: Familiarity with video editing software such as CapCut, demonstrating expertise in video editing and post-production techniques.
