About the Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day trust account transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

The role encompasses both residential and commercial trust accounting responsibilities, requiring proficiency in managing two systems: Property Tree for residential trust accounts and Cirrus8 for commercial trust accounts.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in trust accounting, ideally with exposure to both residential and commercial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of trust account compliance in Australia.
  • Extensive knowledge of trust accounting in minimum one of Property Tree and Cirrus8 (and the ability to learn quickly for the other).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
