Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Analyst Specialist. In this role, you will analyze data to support strategic product enhancements and provide actionable insights. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, create compelling visualizations, and drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of available data sets and products, with the ability to quickly develop and integrate new data sources. They will partner with Product and Development teams to report and resolve data issues, leveraging data intelligence tools to identify insights and recommend long-term strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and curious individual to join our production organization and strengthen our ability to analyze current and future data sets.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to support strategic product enhancements and provide actionable insights

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, create compelling visualizations, and drive business decisions

  • Develop and integrate new data sources, partnering with Product and Development teams

  • Leverage data intelligence tools to identify insights and recommend long-term strategies

  • Support various product, scrum, and development teams across multiple workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or analytical field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Management or a related discipline

  • Must have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or database structures

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with creation of dashboards using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Exposure to statistical analysis and data modeling is a plus
