Job DescriptionAs a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and providing important information or assistance to clients. You will also check mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance. Additionally, you will communicate with customers on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns.
You will answer participant questions and engage in conversations to achieve a full understanding of what critical information is being asked. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who possess excellent English communication skills and have a strong ability to work independently. BPO experience is a plus but not necessary. If you have completed college, high school, or senior high school, you may qualify for this role. We encourage applications from individuals who can do onsite work within 25km to 35km.
