Job Title: Senior Business Analyst-Learning and Development

This role is focused on business analytics, process improvement, and data analysis. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the development and implementation of learning analytics and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with internal business partners and technology leads, conducting complex problem-solving, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather business requirements for learning analytics and industry metrics.
  • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements.
  • Design and develop L&D metrics reporting and visualization using business intelligence tools.
  • Manage learner groups or analysis, and assignment of EOHS regulatory training in coordination with business partners or training leads.
  • Support innovations of the learning enrollment process to reduce friction and improve accuracy.
  • Ensure all business processes are documented, uniform, and securely stored.
  • Recommend process improvements for improved efficiencies and reduced waste.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in business analysis, including experience working with business stakeholders and technology teams. You should be able to conduct complex problem-solving, analyze data, and communicate insights effectively. Additionally, you should have experience working with business intelligence tools and designing reports and dashboards.
