A dynamic position is available for a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, and implement new software products and enhance existing ones.

About the Role
  • This person will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring seamless integration and delivery of software components.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development, covering frontend, backend, and DevOps, with proficiency in Java frameworks (especially Spring and Spring Boot).
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring smooth integration and delivery of software components.
  • Design, develop, and implement new features/software products, enhancing and maintaining existing ones.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on your work and others to ensure reliability.
  • Review code, provide guidance, and maintain a healthy codebase.
  • Ensure timely delivery of software projects while upholding established standards.
  • Enhance technical knowledge and share insights with the team.
  • Assist in diagnosing system issues and implementing effective resolution strategies.
  • Identify, solve, and prevent problems related to software development and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, covering frontend, backend, and DevOps, with proficiency in Java frameworks (especially Spring and Spring Boot).
  • Proficiency in front-end development tools and frameworks (including Vanilla JS and React).
  • Competency in Object-Oriented Design, functional programming, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices) and deployment tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker).
  • Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingsness to work with legacy code (Struts Framework).
  • Knowledgeable about current and emerging technologies.
  • Proven experience in software development projects.
  • Skilled in system-level design, web services, and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Familiar with testing frameworks (unit and integration testing).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining high software quality standards.
