Job Overview:

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Collections Strategist to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing collections departments, overseeing hiring and training of staff, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with local regulations, and implementing effective collections strategies to meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Salary: PHP 180,000 - PHP 220,000 per month, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee desk, field, and agency collections teams.
  • Maintain compliance with industry best practices and local regulations.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize collections strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in collections (multi-finance, lending, or banking).
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong English communication skills.
