Prospectus Expert

We are seeking a skilled Prospectus Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Prospectus Research Team, you will be responsible for researching financial regulatory documents to maintain an up-to-date database of open, closed-end, variable annuity mutual funds, and ETFs.

• Research financial regulatory documents to extract key industry data for client-facing applications and research reports.
• Analyze and collect data based on established methodologies, comply with work processes and performance standards to ensure timely and high-quality data.
• Effectively utilize ISS databases, the SEC Edgar website, and the Internet to complete research tasks.

You will also participate in data quality assurance efforts, including root-cause analysis for identified data quality issues, and contribute to process improvement and technology projects by contributing to specifications and testing deliverables.

In addition, you will help maintain documentation of work processes and institutional knowledge in a centralized web-based database and collaborate with team members both in the Philippines and in the U.S.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to thrive in a cross-border/multi-cultural work environment.
• Gathering and analyzing financial data from regulatory mutual fund documents.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, follow-through, critical-thinking skills, and comprehensive quality assurance analysis.
