We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Data Specialist to join our team at Dempsy Resource Management Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing stable and scalable analytic and reporting solutions using best practices.

Key Responsibilities include delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs and deadlines, participating in business analysis activities to gather necessary reporting and dashboard requirements, translating business requirements into specifications for implementing reports and dashboards from multiple data sources, documenting test cases and creating test scripts, communicating results in a user-friendly format, validating reports to ensure data accuracy, designing and implementing Data Marts and Data Warehouses using best practices, utilizing data modeling techniques to define and support database schema development, and creating and automating reports.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau. They will also have familiarity with one or more BI tools, data visualization, relational databases, BI data architecture, data warehouse design, performance tuning and optimization, designing data models, star schemas, snowflake schemas, and 1-3NF data models. Knowledge of Agile Methodology, SDLC, Waterfall, or any Project Management Methodology is a plus.
