Cantonese Bilingual Liaison Specialist

At Gratitude Philippines, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cantonese Bilingual Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in educating members, family, providers, and caregivers about our benefits and plan options.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in healthcare management and call center settings. If you are fluent in both Cantonese and English, have at least two years of customer service experience, and possess exceptional customer service skills, this may be the ideal position for you.

1. Educate members, family, providers, and caregivers regarding benefits and plan options through clear and concise explanations in person, via email, fax, or telephonically.
2. Provide follow-up support to members by clarifying their issues, determining the cause, and identifying solutions. Escalate complex issues to management or other departments as necessary.
3. Participate in member-calling projects assigned by management to support membership retention goals.

We value candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
