  • Your responsibilities will include creating and managing documentation of internal procedures and business requirements, managing business analysis and documentation of system change specifications, and implementing user application test plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform business analysis support for an HR and Payroll accounting operations organization.
  2. Serve as subject matter expert for payroll accounting processes and procedures.
  3. Create and manage documentation of internal procedures and business requirements.
  4. Manage business analysis and documentation of system change specifications.
  5. Implement user application test plans.
  6. Execute test plans and identify and document discrepancies found through the ability to accurately assess output against expected results.
  7. Resolve discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, communicate issues and results clearly, and retest as required.
  8. Create and run data verification reports utilizing queries.
  9. Interact with customers on production and project support.
  10. Plan and execute complex projects and coordinate over a broader departmental spectrum impacting payroll accounting.
  11. Regularly assume informal/formal leadership role within teams, and be involved in coaching and training of new recruits.
