Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing project management support to QBE GSSC and managing special projects and transitions.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance and ongoing tracking and management of projects, adhering to QBE's Project Management standard processes.
  2. Manage transition change control process, ensuring details are accurately recorded in the plan, and build effective working relationships with stakeholders on transition planning assumptions and approval processes.
  3. Supports and coordinates with the Lead and Project Specialists for deliverables, schedules, and provides assistance through coordinating and collating inputs from different stakeholders to obtain necessary sign-offs.
  4. Ensures that all project documentation is updated based on inputs provided during meetings and via emails, and provides administrative support to the project/transition team.
  5. Prepare detailed project plans, governance structures, and reporting templates to manage special cross-functional projects as needed, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders and PMO teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of BPO experience, 1-2 years experience in program/project management preferred, and contract management experience a plus.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills, strong skills to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data, summarize findings, and effectively collaborate with others.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, planning and organization skills, ability to multitask, and work independently.
  • Fundamental understanding of transitions and project management, QBE Cultural DNA, and adherence to QBE's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
