Job Title

The Accountant - Part time (US Offshore Recruitment, WFH) role involves a part-time position with US offshore recruitment and work-from-home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing & Invoicing
    • Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
    • Maintain proper documentation of all billing records.
  • Accounts Payable
    • Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments.
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Manage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement.
  • Accounts Receivable
    • Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments.
    • Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments.
    • Prepare aging reports and escalate overdue accounts.
  • Debt Follow-Up
    • Contact clients with overdue invoices via phone or email.
    • Maintain a log of collection activities and customer communications.
    • Collaborate with sales teams on complex or delinquent accounts.
  • Reconciliation
    • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and sub-ledgers.
    • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
