We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of both frontend and backend development, and hands-on experience with data migration and modernization projects.

Key responsibilities include migrating legacy MS Access SQL databases to Azure SQL, collaborating in transitioning existing interfaces to modern front ends, maintaining clean and well-documented code, ensuring smooth integration between backends and frontends, troubleshooting issues during the migration process, and optimizing performance.

A successful candidate will have proficiency in MS Access SQL, experience with Azure SQL for cloud-based database development, and strong knowledge of React, HTML, and CSS. They will also be able to work independently and manage tasks effectively, with good communication skills particularly in remote work environments.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world. The ideal candidate should be available to work standard business hours and have a stable internet connection.
