Automation Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor

 

degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

 

They must have at least two years of experience in manual quality assurance and/or testing, and five years of experience in automation quality assurance and/or testing with professional knowledge in any programming language (Java, JavaScript, C, C#) and shell scripting.

 

The candidate should have working knowledge in different types of testing, both in white box and grey box testing, and experience in creating a Master test plan.

 

They must have an in-depth understanding of Test Design Techniques, QA methodologies, and SDLC (both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies).

 

Additionally, the candidate should have experience in various system development environments and leading a QA team in small to medium-sized projects.

 

A competitive analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced communicative competence, good time management and organizational skills, a critical thinker, and a strong sense of commitment to the organization

’s goals and values are essential for this role.

 

This position also requires high flexibility in shifting schedule and extended working hours, as well as readiness to travel to other sites.
