Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled designer to join our marketing team as the primary creative force behind our brand visual identity. This role requires expertise in designing engaging and on-brand visual content for various marketing channels.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns, content, and events that showcase our brand's unique personality and values. They will be responsible for maintaining consistency across all touchpoints, from digital marketing campaigns to website assets and social media platforms.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that blends deep craft expertise with ownership of design execution for all marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs for diverse marketing formats.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain visual harmony and accessibility across all marketing channels.
  • Create high-quality designs for digital marketing campaigns, website assets, landing pages, social media, email, events, sales enablement, and advertising.
  • Develop concepts and creative approaches that support campaign objectives.
  • Work with product marketing to visually articulate product value propositions and feature updates.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional design experience within a B2B SaaS or technology marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print marketing work, particularly in B2B SaaS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and skills in graphic design, layout design, asset design, events, and web.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual composition skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator and collaborative partner across teams.
