Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager - New Markets, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new high-value players. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales action plans specific to assigned regions/target markets.
- Meet with potential VIP players and deliver the sales pitch.
- Acquire new VIP players through sign-ups and coordinate requirements for new players' first visit.
- Convert players by coordinating house program enrollments at the property.
- Create VIP player profiles and communicate player preferences to VIP Concierge Services.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have completed at least two (2) years in College.
- Previous experience in a similar job is an advantage.
- Experience in sales, marketing, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
