About the Role at INK FOR LESS PRO SERVICES INC

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a multi-skilled tradesperson in Metro Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any issues that arise.

Duties:

  • Perform a range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general building repairs
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems, equipment, and facilities
  • Respond promptly to service requests and address issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and submit reports when needed
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to identify and implement improvements
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following established protocols and procedures
  • Support special projects and other tasks assigned

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in building maintenance, with the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to building maintenance
  • Knowledge of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
