About Our Motion Design Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Motion Designer to contribute to our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and storyboard animated content that effectively communicates key messages and drives user engagement.
  • Animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic and interactive visual experiences.
  • Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished and impactful video content.
  • Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone across all animated assets.
  • Optimize motion graphics and video content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and ad networks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant advertising guidelines, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, software, and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects.
  • A minimum of 1 year of direct, hands-on motion design experience in the iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, and/or Social Casino segment is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating motion graphics for SaaS products is also a requirement.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Strong proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications is essential.
  • Deep understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Exceptional creative flair, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
