Job Description

This role requires a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support marketing initiatives and general operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, AI software, and project management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Create marketing reports and track campaign performance.
  • Assist in content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads.
  • Manage digital assets and marketing materials.
  • Support paid advertising efforts on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

General Operations Support:

  • Manage calendars using Google Calendar or Calendly.
  • Handle email and inbox management.
  • Update project management tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Conduct data entry and research.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reports.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, AI productivity tools, and project management software is required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on marketing management and remote work.
  • Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools preferred but not required.
  • Strong skills in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong general business support skills including administrative assistance, calendar management, email handling, and basic documentation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Express.
