- Demonstrate a strong understanding of maintaining statutory books, records, and client databases.

- Proficient in drafting minutes, board papers, and processing regulatory filings with accuracy.
We are seeking a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a corporate secretarial, administrative, or similar role, and who can handle multiple deliverables effectively. Familiarity with CAS systems and/or corporate secretarial software is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, are also essential.
