Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Analytics Executive to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our Go-to-market (GTM) strategy and owning end-to-end campaign implementation responsibility. Your primary focus will be on driving customer acquisitions and retaining existing customers through targeted marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HQ and local teams to execute marketing activities locally and deliver targeted KPIs.
  • Work closely with local partners, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), to enrich our digital presence through different forms of partnership.
  • Partner with the sales team to implement trade marketing campaigns at our partnered channels, collect feedback from channel partners and customers for further improvement.
  • Coordinate with local marketing partners to ensure efficient marketing operations.
  • Assist the marketing team in preparing internal and external communication materials, such as channel briefings for marketing campaigns and campaign reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics and strategy.
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
  • Ability to focus on customer/market needs and take initiative.
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-country teams.
  • Data visualization and reporting skills.
