We are seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Professional to join our team. As an Inside Service Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and generating commercial value for our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation: Prepare and distribute sales leads to internal and external customers, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
  2. Funnel Management: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date funnel management, sending follow-up emails to end customers and partners as needed.
  3. Service Request Oversight: Ensure seamless processing of service requests, communicating with partners and customers throughout the process.
  4. Data Cleansing: Identify and resolve duplicate accounts and opportunities within bFS, collaborating with the team to maintain data accuracy.
  5. Administrative Support: Execute internal administrative tasks for Key Account Managers, including creating quotes, building master agreements, and handling various administrative requests.
Requirements:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  2. Previous Experience: Prior sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric's portfolio and strong customer relations in the Manufacturing segment would be a significant advantage.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and interaction skills are essential.
  5. Digital Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office applications and being digitally savvy is required.
