As a key member of the NCR project team, the Implementation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of equipment and installation of contracted services. The IC coordinates with customers to deliver projects on time, meeting their expectations and in line with the scope of work.

The Implementation Coordinator ensures that each customer site and project is successfully completed, delivered, and installed according to plan. This involves creating installation scheduling requests, maintaining rollout schedules, and coordinating with other vendors as needed.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The Implementation Coordinator must be able to analyze data and report findings, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

The Implementation Coordinator works closely with the project team to ensure seamless project execution. This includes participating in meetings to review project feedback and escalating issues as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:">

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, Microsoft Office/PC literacy, and keyboard proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of work orders, and adapting to changes with a sense of urgency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.

Able to work non-standard business hours as required by projects, flexible, organized, and proactive, willing to contribute to process improvement efforts, detailing precise steps to follow up and execute task, using basic office software, collaboration tools and technology such as Zoom, Skype, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, etc.
