Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to incoming requests from Japanese clients or customers related to medical device issues.
- Provide first-level support in basic troubleshooting across the designated product range by analyzing customer concerns and asking the appropriate questions to support the resolution.
- Documenting concerns and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures
- Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that may positively impact team performance and customer experience.
- Open for Japanese National, Filipino-Japanese, or Filipino who grew up in Japan and are fluent in Japanese (oral and written)
- Good communication skills in English
- Japanese N1 - N2 Passer or Level (JLPT certificate not required)
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
