Agile Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Agile transformation specialist to drive the implementation of Agile methodologies in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, guiding teams to effectively apply Agile principles and practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to remove impediments and ensure team productivity.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in a Scrum framework, and strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its technology landscape. They will also possess excellent facilitation and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Guide teams to effectively apply Agile principles and practices in project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and ensure team productivity.
  • Monitor and report team progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to team members on Agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Promote transparency and accountability across teams in the healthcare technology projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in a Scrum framework.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its technology landscape.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and removing impediments for teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Formal Agile certification is an advantage.
