Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-senior level Quality Assurance professional to lead our Cloud Quality team and ensure the quality of our cloud platform.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to build a QA team from scratch, shape its culture and processes, and collaborate directly with development and product teams. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid setup from our Cebu office, with close collaboration across international teams.

  • Build and develop a small QA team.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases.
  • Maintain high test coverage and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams and product managers.
  • Guide and mentor the team in understanding cloud infrastructure and our platform.
Key Qualifications
  • International experience in managing teams.
  • Proven experience in QA, with a focus on UI testing.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches and tools.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure components.
  • Ability to create and manage test plans independently.
