Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Are you a seasoned expert in maintaining the reliability and performance of complex systems? Do you thrive in high-pressure environments where every minute counts?

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure operations team, you will be responsible for architecting and running OpenStack, Kubernetes, and software-defined storage. You will also enable devsecops for applications running on that infrastructure.

In this role, you will work closely with our development teams to ensure that our applications are secure, scalable, and reliable. You will use your expertise in Python software engineering to bring rigour to the operations domain and practice devsecops from bare metal to application.

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will operate cloud environments with hundreds of private cloud, Kubernetes, and application clusters for customers across physical and public cloud estates. You will use automation and a universal operator pattern and model-driven operations to ensure that our systems are always available and performing at their best.

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience with Linux and familiarity with Linux networking and storage. You should also have Python software development expertise and operational experience.
