About the Role:

The Associate Director will be a key leader for S&P Global Dow Jones Indices, with responsibility to build out a new office location, take part in daily ICAD production tasks, and support DX team management. This role will be part of the pioneering Global Index Management & Production Group (IMPG) in the Philippines.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and company fundamentals. As a Senior Manager, you will oversee daily operations and global projects, including recruiting, onboarding, and training of all individuals in the office.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in automation and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of operational tasks for the ICAD and DX teams, including calculation of S&P DJI branded indices on a daily basis, running daily QA validations, monitoring real-time calculation and distribution of global indices, and ensuring adherence to internal S&P policies & procedures, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with technology and production support groups to further automate and enhance system capabilities and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Management of relationships with other groups within the department and across departments, particularly Client Coverage, Index Services, and IT Support.
  • Participation in global DX projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of automation tools and process enhancements.
