Job Overview

This is a high-output role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and builds solutions that scale. The candidate will bridge analytics and engineering, working across Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, Domo, and lightweight code to make information accessible, accurate, and actionable.

Key responsibilities include translating stakeholder needs into working prototypes, dashboards, and reporting tools; creating and delivering reporting packs; partnering with teams across operations, recruiting, HR, coaching, marketing, sales, and finance; and collecting and analyzing productivity and performance data across departments.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or operations/reporting engineering; expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; strong knowledge of SQL and APIs; and experience with BI tools, CRM & Tools, Cloud & Security, and Process Improvement.

What You'll Do
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Analysis & Performance: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting: Create and deliver reporting packs to managers, directors, and executives.
  • Process Documentation: Standardize and document processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or operations/reporting engineering.
  • Spreadsheets: Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Programming: Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs.
  • Business Intelligence: Experience with BI tools.
  • CRM & Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM software and workflow automation tools.
  • Cloud & Security: Understanding of cloud platforms and data pipeline automation.
  • Process Improvement: Six Sigma or similar process improvement background (preferred).
