HR Generalist

At SFI Fresh Bakers Corporation Valenzuela, we are seeking an exceptional HR Generalist to join our team. This key role will focus on talent development and employee relations.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this role, who can effectively handle employee cases management and investigation, employee relations, records management, software application, and HR information systems.

• Develop and implement effective talent development strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.
• Manage employee relations by providing support and guidance to employees, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to HR practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive work environment and support business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• At least 1-year experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
