Territory Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Developer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new consumers and achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, distribution, or trade marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
In this role, you will work closely with our Field Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture teams to develop and implement plans and programs that drive territory growth and achieve KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and guide the team through individual development plans, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular field coaching, short trainings, and one-on-one meetings to enhance team competencies and territory development.
- Manage territory and field force planning to ensure coverage, distribution objectives, and effective team performance.
Requirements:
- University / College degree
- 2+ years of relevant field sales, distribution, trade marketing experience
- Good communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino. Other local dialect is an advantage)
- People management experience, including coaching/mentoring
- Ability to analyze business situation on the ground and propose improvements
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Good understanding of digital tools, including usage of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Drivers' license (B2 or higher). We have a program to support qualified women, who do not hold a drivers' license
