We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our analytics initiatives and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As Analytics Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions that enhance business performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency across the Consumer Business Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic insights and build analytical capabilities to drive business decisions.
  2. Lead efforts to explore and adopt new analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies to ensure scalability and value addition to the organization.
  3. Oversee the creation and implementation of analytics solutions to address business challenges and ensure best practices in data analytics, data governance, and data management.
  4. Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics models, including predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  5. Work continuously on exploring new data sources and fresh concepts/ideas to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. College graduate of any business, statistical, or mathematical course.
  2. At least 8 years of analytical and financial services experience, with credit card industry experience preferred.
  3. Supervisory experience.
  4. Strong ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive optimal business solutions through collaboration.
  5. Demonstrates ability to plan and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining standards of quality.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  7. Strong working knowledge of SAS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  8. Possesses project management skills to focus on multiple key priorities and drive impactful business solutions.
  9. Excellent problem-solving skills to proactively address business questions with innovative data-driven solutions.
  10. Excellent analytical capabilities: ability to process, analyze, and interpret statistical data and recommend actions based on available information.
