About the Role

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at PhilCentro Technologies Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, supporting marketing initiatives, and identifying and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and promotional activities.
  • Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Prepare and update sales and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and proposals.
  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Assist in organizing and attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and smooth project execution.
  • Assist with customer relationship management to build long-term client partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Show a positive and welcoming personality.
  • Must be able to work full-time and on-site in Pasay City.
