Key Responsibilities

  • Support assigned Wealth Managers in client coverage and service-related activities.
  • Monitor and review client accounts, providing reports to Wealth Managers on upcoming maturities and shifts in portfolio balances.
  • Maintain a calendar of key milestones in clients' personal lives, including birthdays, anniversaries, and other important events, and coordinate with branches and third-party vendors as needed.
  • Achieve satisfactory customer service KPIs through in-depth knowledge of products and processes.
  • Ensure all client records are complete, accurate, and compliant with bank policy.
  • Adhere to prescribed policies and procedures, internal control, and regulatory provisions of government and private agencies.

Requirements

  • College graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in banking, credit card companies, investment houses, leasing/financing institutions.
  • Knowledge of bank processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented; able to multi-task; with initiative, pleasant, and service-oriented.
  • Chinese-speaking is a plus.
