Job Overview

The manufacturing process team is responsible for developing and implementing efficient production methods, processes and sequence of operations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lean manufacturing methods, processes and sequence of operations to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Define production requirements, working procedures, and provide equipment recommendations for product lines.
  • Conduct risk analysis to identify possible sources of failures and take measures to eliminate operational risks.
  • Develop and manage statistical process control systems to analyze out-of-control situations and optimize performance.
  • Liaise with quality assurance and design engineers to coordinate the launch of new products and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Additional Tasks
  • Execute technical analytics to support the creation of functional concepts and optimize production workflows.
  • Support engineers in design, realization and implementation of assigned processes or technical infrastructure.
  • Document and plan training for affected parts of the organization to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Provide local support on dedicated subject matter or processes to drive business excellence.
  • Perform assembly and installation of assigned modules or parts of technical infrastructure to meet business objectives.
