Commissary Department Head

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the commissary department at HA GALANG AND SONS. This includes maintaining the quality of products, planning and coordinating tasks, monitoring employee performance, coaching, counseling, and disciplining as needed.

• Maintain high standards of product quality and safety
• Plan and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Counsel and discipline employees when necessary, in accordance with company policies
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
