Job Title: Payroll Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Staff to join our team at Your Go to Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process payroll transactions, including salary, benefits, and taxes.
  • Balance payroll accounts and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent errors and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Human Resources.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of payroll taxes and regulations.
  • Experience with payroll processing and compliance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
